No refunds will be issued for:

Visa or job placement rejections beyond our control.
Client failure to submit required documents or cooperate.
Services already rendered or partially completed.

6. Limitation of Liability

We do not guarantee any specific outcome (e.g., job placement, visa approval, admission approval).
Our liability is strictly limited to the fees paid for the service in question.
We are not responsible for delays or rejections from third-party entities (such as embassies, universities, government agencies, etc.).

7. Intellectual Property

All content, training material, documentation, and resources provided by Concept Marketing and Consultation are the intellectual property of the company and must not be copied, reused, or redistributed without prior written consent.

8. Termination
