At Concept Marketing and Consultation, we are dedicated to providing professional services across staffing, visa consulting, business consultation, call centre setup, VoIP services, and education consulting. We aim to ensure transparency and fairness in all refund and cancellation situations.
1. Cancellation Policy
1.1. Client-Initiated Cancellations
Staffing & Business Consulting Services:
Cancellations must be submitted in writing at least 14 days before the scheduled project start or consultation. If resources have already been allocated or time has been spent on assessments or planning, charges will apply accordingly and may not be refundable.Visa & Foreign Education Consulting:
Once documentation work has begun or applications have been submitted to relevant authorities, no refunds will be provided. Cancellations before processing begins may be subject to a service fee deduction.Call Centre Training & Setup / VoIP Services:
Cancellation of setup projects must be communicated within 7 days of signing the agreement. If setup or training has begun, only a partial refund (if applicable) may be considered, based on the work completed and resources consumed.
1.2. Company-Initiated Cancellations
In rare instances, Concept Marketing and Consultation may cancel a service due to operational issues or force majeure. In such cases, the client will receive a full or prorated refund, depending on the stage of the service.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be issued only under the following conditions:
The service promised was not initiated or delivered within the agreed timeframe, and no progress was made.
The service delivered was not in line with the agreed scope, despite clear documentation and commitments.
Payment was made in error or for duplicate orders.
3. Non-Refundable Scenarios
We do not provide refunds under the following circumstances:
If the client fails to cooperate or respond with necessary documents or communication.
Services were rendered or partially completed, such as submitting a visa file, issuing a VoIP setup, conducting training, or providing consultation.
Refunds on government fees, third-party charges, or licensing costs related to visa or VoIP services.
Outcomes like visa rejection, university rejection, or job placement failure — these are based on third-party decisions and not under our control.
Custom solutions or digital products once deployed are non-refundable unless clearly faulty and unresolvable.
